"Hello, I’m Mr D. I have been teaching and tutoring for about 30 years. I am a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and earned a masters degree from the University of Central Missouri. Following my Air Force career, I earned a secondary math teacher certification from the Texas Education Agency.

I was a high school math teacher for 27 years, teaching all levels of math through calculus AB. Since 2008 I have been an adjunct professor at a local community college where I teach primarily college algebra and precalculus. I recently became certified to teach online courses, and began teaching remotely in spring 2020.

I have been private tutoring throughout my teaching career. I really enjoy working one-on-one with students and aim to send them away from each lesson with both knowledge and increased confidence.
