"Hi, my name is Dr. Bob, and I'd like to tell you a little about myself. I have a PhD in psychology (industrial/organizational specialization) and an MBA in general management. I've spent the last 30 years as a management consultant, working with organizations of all sizes. During that time, I have seen how effective management principles can transform an organization. My goal as a tutor is to make textbook concepts relevant to real-world challenges.

I have taught various subjects in a business school program for 10 years, focusing on organizational behavior, leadership, and human resources management. I also have experience teaching research methods and organizational psychology.

My approach is interactive and collaborative, and I encourage you to ask questions, share your perspectives, and engage in lively discussions. There is no such thing as a "stupid question," and I believe that some of the most profound learning happens when we're willing to be vulnerable and admit we don't know something.
