"Hello! I'm Jianna, and I hold a Bachelors Degree in Statistics-Math and Environmental Science. I've been tutoring since high school, in predominantly math subjects. Most of my experience lies in tutoring people closer to my age, such as students in high school or college, which I absolutely love due to a lack of intimidation on both sides that better generates a sense of comfort during the tutoring session. Still, I have three younger siblings that I've helped in regards to their schoolwork, and I aspire to being a better tutor for younger audiences as well.

Furthermore, I hold a job at my university that specializes in assisting adults obtaining their G.E.D; therefore, I am familiar with the curriculum. Assisting G.E.D teachers, I've first-handedly observed strategies that optimize success among students.

I aim to best help students, and realize that each student offers a unique set of strategies that maximizes their success. Therefore, any suggestions and recommendations from students or parents is appreciated, in making me the best tutor possible. Some of my test statistics include a 34 in ACT Math, a 760 subsection score in SAT Math, a 790 on the SAT Math II Subject test, a 5 in AP Statistics, and a 7 in IB SL Mathematics.
