"I am a graduate student at Columbia University studying Financial Engineering, with a strong academic background in mathematics, statistics, and analytical problem-solving. I previously completed my undergraduate degree in Operations Research at Columbia, where I built a rigorous foundation in calculus, linear algebra, probability, optimization, and data analysis. My interest and success in quantitative thinking began early. Growing up, I competed extensively in national mathematics competitions, qualifying for the AIME through the AMC 12 and earning a top-three team ranking in New York State through MATHCOUNTS. In parallel, I was deeply involved in competitive chess for over a decade, during which I ranked among the top ten players in the country and competed as part of the first-place national team for three consecutive years.
