"I'm Humphrey and I graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.S in Computer Engineering. I have worked as a software engineer for 5+ years (LinkedIn, Truework) and have been able to draw the connection between academics and real-world applications. In college, I didn't get many opportunities to teach / tutor until entering the industry and I really enjoyed that experience. I'm excited to see others learn and grow and hope to be part of that journey. I strive to learn more about others as well as myself.

I have 2 years of tutoring experience in an elementary school. As a high school student, I spent a few summers as a teacher's aide in an elementary school where I helped students with math and english classwork. I went around the classroom answering questions and then later grading classwork. In college, I spent a semester teaching elementary students how to program the Lego Mindstorm and get them excited about coding.
