"I am a Cornell University pre-med student studying Biological Sciences with a strong foundation in General Chemistry, Biology, and academic writing. Throughout my academic career, I’ve taken advanced STEM coursework, conducted research, and supported fellow students as both a peer mentor and private tutor. My goal is to help students understand the material and develop study habits that can carry into any course.

I have experience tutoring high school and college students in one-on-one settings, as well as leading group review sessions before exams. I’ve helped students prepare for AP Biology, General Biology, General Chemistry, college essays, and foundational writing courses. I tailor every lesson to the individual student. Some students need clear, structured explanations; others need lots of examples and practice problems; others need help organizing their study time. I work to meet each student where they are and guide them toward improvement.

My tutoring approach is built on three ideas: clarity, strategy, and confidence. First, I break down topics into simple steps. Then, I teach students how to study smarter, not longer using active recall, spaced repetition, and concept mapping. Finally, I encourage every student to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow at their own pace.
