I'm an in-house attorney at a big company with experience in property law, business entities, contracts, and secured transactions/UCC (I teach all American common law topics and federal income tax). I was a Property TA in law school and on a journal. I was dean's list all three years, had a full ride scholarship, and graduated magna cum laude top 20 in my class.
