Hello my name is Lucas. I am currently a CPA working in public accounting with a passion for tutoring. I am able to adapt my tutoring style to the best way to help my client learn and adapt. I have a very high pass rate with helping students. I have mostly worked with students who were between the ages of 18-22. I am comfortable working with college students, even though I can work with high school students as well.

I have a passion for economics that is matched by few and I will help my clients to the best of my ability to do better in the subject. I feel I am better qualified than most because I am an economics major and I have just taken these classes so I understand what small concepts may trip up students. I have a lecture style approach in which I draw many pictures. For example, I draw out all supply and demand graphs. I also have a hands off approach in which I let the student work out the with help from me. I believe that a student does not learn when having a chance to actually work out the problem and not get spoken down to. I am very patient and understand that some of these subjects can be complicated matters. If a student starts to understand a concept I will do a problem and make a mistake that they will have to find.

I am very flexible and I am willing to work with you. I will make sure I have a working knowledge of what ever subject I tutor. I make sure I can get students the help they deserve.
