"I hold a B.A. in Film Studies, and my academic background, combined with my professional and teaching experiences, has equipped me to tutor in multiple subject areas. Over the years, I have worked with students in elementary math, language arts, Spanish, and pre-algebra. I also served as a teacher’s partner, providing targeted support to students who were falling behind in math and reading, which gave me valuable experience in differentiating instruction to meet individual needs.

My teaching experience is diverse. I have worked as a substitute teacher across various grade levels, a preschool music teacher, and a mentor in both one-on-one and group learning environments. In each role, I adapted my methods to match the developmental stage of my students—whether guiding preschoolers through interactive, music-based learning, helping elementary students strengthen foundational skills, or supporting older students with more advanced academic subjects.
