"Dr. Fluker is a passionate mathematics educator with 18 years of experience across early childhood, public school, homeschooling, and higher education. She holds a doctoral degree in Early Childhood Development and Education, with a focus on Child Development, which has shaped her understanding of how students learn and how their confidence, anxiety, and mindset impact math performance. Her background allows her to support learners not only in building skills but also in transforming how they feel about math.

Throughout her career, Dr. Fluker has taught 6th grade math for ten years in an at-risk middle school, including one year of 7th grade. She has also taught 8th grade math, Math 1 and Math 2, Pre-K in a private preschool, college-level developmental math courses such as Pre-Algebra and Algebra I, and foundational reading and math to 4–5-year-olds. She served as an assistant program director for an after-school program and currently leads her own online school as both teacher and director.
