"I hold a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Nevada, Reno and am currently completing my Master’s in Elementary Education at Grand Canyon University. I am currently an emergency certified teacher in Arizona, and I also hold both a Structured English Immersion (SEI) endorsement and a Reading Endorsement, which strengthen my ability to teach foundational literacy skills and support English language learners.

I have three years of full-time classroom teaching experience in grades K–4, in addition to one year as a long-term substitute teacher. Most of my experience has been in Title I schools, where I provided engaging, differentiated instruction to diverse groups of learners. I’ve worked with students in both whole-group settings and small-group interventions, with a focus on building reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.

My teaching style is warm, patient, and student-centered. I love helping students build their confidence while making learning approachable and meaningful. Outside of teaching, I have a growing passion for art, I'm currently taking ceramics and drawing classes, and I spend as much time as I can outdoors, whether hiking, exploring local gardens, or finding creative inspiration in nature.
