"I come from 14 years of experience in film/video production, with focus as an editor for television and film. My credits span nearly a dozen unscripted television series and documentaries for HBO, TLC, Travel Channel, Food Network, Oxygen, PBS, Ovation, MTV.

Through my career I have tutored Avid editors who wished to learn other softwares such as Final Cut Pro and Premier. Currently, I run a production company with my husband where we produce PSA's and commercial productions. Our company has made an award winning feature-documentary that is just wrapped a 3 year festival run.

Outside of my professional life, I have a toddler (I'm in love with being a parent) and am developing a documentary around the meaning of existence through the developmental steps we all propelled ourselves through. I have 14 years of professional experience as an editor, producer and filmmaker

My philosophy to teaching storytelling is a volley between technical lessons and theoretical exploration via exercises with the technology.
