"I am a two-time Emmy nominated writer/producer and cartoonist. I have written screenplays and produced films for theatrical, film festival circuit, and for patrons including PBS, Oprah Winfrey Network, TV Asia, and McGraw-Hill Higher Education among others.

My writing and cartoons have been published by HarperCollins, 9-1-1 Magazine, the Directors Guild of America, the International Television Association, and AmeriCorps among commissions from private patrons.

I regularly teach cartooning, creative writing (screenplay), filmmaking, and acting at Northwestern University and The University of Tokyo. As a mentor for screenwriters, I provide a safe space for writers to grow creatively and technically. Together we will work to build on your strengths, brainstorm, create, and refine your screenplay or manuscript.
