"I have a passion to help students succeed in learning using tools that work for them. I offer support throughout the school year and summer support - in person or online for home school, private or public school students.

I'm offering individual support for reading, math (including algebra and geometry) or writing. I specialize in working through struggle areas to catch students up to grade level. I have experience to help fill basic fundamental gaps and build a learning approach to meet your student's individual learning style. I use many intervention tools and online learning methods to make tutoring sessions interesting and effective. My writing approach makes writing fun while still learning all of the important dynamics of good writing.

I have over 15 years of tutoring experience with both multiple subject and special education credentials including a music minor and life science concentration. I have taught special day class grades 7-12, resource class grades K-8, music class grades 5-6, individualized instruction class grades 5-8, 1st grade class and 5th/6th grade combination class. When teaching special education resource online I had a 98% attendance rate and received an Excellent on all areas of my evaluation.

I have volunteered for many youth camps and nonprofits. As a board member and volunteer at Triple H Youth Ranch I am able to combine my passion to help students and my love for working with horses.
