"I have been a WyzAnt tutor since 2011 and am a credentialed teacher with over 11 years of experience as a full-time Photography instructor at a public high school. In addition to working with high school students, I have also taught adult learners, including completing a teaching internship at a local city college as part of my graduate studies and years of teaching adults through WyzAnt.

I hold a Master of Fine Arts in Photography, with graduate coursework from Brooks Institute and Academy of Art University, and a BFA from the University of Arizona, where I specialized in Art Education with an emphasis in Photography. With a comprehensive knowledge of both traditional darkroom techniques and the latest digital trends, I’m well-versed in all areas of photography and editing images.

Since the early 2000s, I’ve worked extensively with Photoshop and have years of experience in commercial photography through my own photography business. My work has been exhibited in Italy, California, and Arizona. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about sharing my love for photography with others. I believe in the power of lifelong learning and enjoy helping students at all levels develop their skills.
