"I hold a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential as well as a Master's Degree in Education. I have experience in all grades and I am comfortable tutoring all school subjects. My most recent classroom experience was teaching middle school math, and I have over 10 years experience tutoring students in math. I also have extensive one-on-one tutoring experience helping students improve their reading skills. One of the most rewarding parts of being a teacher is helping students learn to read. As lifelong learners, first we learn to read, then we read to learn. Establishing solid reading skills equips students to be successful in whatever subjects they end up seeking to study.
