"Hi, I'm Chethani, an Honors Biology major with minors in Spanish and Public Health. I strongly believe that education and mentorship are rights that every student deserves. I believe effective learning happens when students feel confident and empowered, and are in a tutoring environment that encourages questions, growth, and skill-building beyond a single assignment or exam.

In high school, I earned 99th percentile scores on the ACT, SAT, and PSAT, allowing me to effectively support standardized test preparation. Academically, I have excelled in AP Biology, AP Environmental Science, and AP English Language & Composition, and as a current Biology major, I am well-equipped to tutor Biology as well as English at the middle school, high school, and college level.

I currently lead my university's Writing Center, where I work with undergraduate and graduate students on grad school applications, personal statements, scholarship essays, research papers, and journal articles. I also tutored English for 3 years through Kumon and a remote program to students in Vietnam, supporting students from diverse backgrounds and strengthening my ability to adapt my teaching style to individual needs.
