"Hi, I'm Alex! I'm a current Masters in Computer Science student, with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence, at Northeastern University. I enjoy tutoring high-school and college level Math and Computer Science, especially test prep. My test scores are as follows: 1510 SAT (800 on Math), 800 Math II SAT Subject test, 5 AP Calculus BC, 5 AP Statistics, 334 GRE (170 on Quant), and a 3.9 GPA in college.

I've been working as a tutor for several years, starting back in High School where I volunteered as a 1 on 1 tutor with a middle school student, and worked as a tutor for the Russian School of Mathematics, doing both one on one tutoring and group tutoring to help students catch up on material and solve homework problems. I can teach a wide range of math starting anywhere from basic arithmetic up through multivariable calculus and linear algebra, however I prefer tutoring competition math, high school math, AP Math (Calc AB/BC/Stats), and SAT and GRE test prep.

During my time at Northeastern, I have worked as a Teaching Assistant for two years, and have taught classes on Object Oriented Design, Artificial Intelligence, and Computer Systems. During my time as a TA, I have led class sessions and labs, reviewed and graded assignments, and held office hours in which students could come to me with questions on lecture material or with assignment/project debugging.
