"I received my BS from Wayne State University with a major in Mathematics and minor in Political Science. After beginning my teaching career, I then returned to school at the Univeristy of Michigan Flint and earned an MA in Educational Technology as well as an MS in Computer Science and Information Systems. I am a current high school Math and Computer Science teacher in Michigan; I’ve been teaching for 11 years. I have taught algebra 1, algebra 2, geometry, 6-8th grade math, and pre-calculus as well as various computer programming courses (Java, JavaScript, and Python).

I teach in a public school and have had the experience of working with students of all learning styles and levels. I have found it imperative to meet students where they are at, then work with them to elevate their knowledge. During my time teaching, I have had the opportunity to tutor some of my students as well as other students within my building.
