"I am a Data Scientist working through the highly competitive United States Digital Corps program, with a Master's in Data Science from Columbia University, supported by a full GEM fellowship. Coming from a low-income single mother in Queens, NY, I understand the challenges many students face, and I am deeply passionate about mentoring and outreach to underserved communities.

My tutoring experience spans over three years, including working at Mathnasium, where I helped students build a strong foundation in math. I’ve worked with students of all ages, from elementary to college level, specializing in mathematics subjects like Algebra I & II, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus I-III. As a proud graduate of the New York public school system, I aced all my NY Regents exams, scoring 95% and above, with some perfect scores. My passion for math led me to become a teaching assistant during my undergraduate studies, where I further refined my teaching skills.

Beyond math tutoring, I provide school and career counseling, drawing from my experience in tech outreach to minority communities through my role as a Data Science Instructor at the Northeast Big Data Innovation Hub in Manhattan.
