Here's a little about me: In May, 2023 I graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center with a Juris Doctorate (J.D). Currently, I'm pursuing a History Master's Degree (M.A.) with the intent to pursue a Doctorate (PhD) from the University of Maryland, College Park. I graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor's (B.A.) in Government and Politics in 2015.

Here's a little about my experience: I have several years of tutoring experience. I started my own 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, New Horizons, Inc., to help immigrants and refugees from Syria and the Middle East in general learn and improve their English language, reading, and writing skills. I was a tutor for two years with C2 Education, teaching K-12 students SAT and ACT Reading, Writing, and Math. As a student in the Humanities Magnet Program at Poolesville High School, I took many AP classes, including AP World History, AP US Government and Politics, AP US History, AP Art History, AP Microeconomics, AP Macroeconomics, AP Psychology, AP Human Geography, and AP Studio Art. I have extensive experience tutoring students in these subjects, and many others, including college essay writing, creative writing, and general school/ college preparation and planning.

Here's a little about my teaching style: My approach to teaching is to be collaborative with you and thorough. I explain the underlying concept, and then encourage you to work with me to come to a solution. I then give plenty of practice so you can apply what you learned, and I go over what you need again so you can feel comfortable moving forward. My aim is always simply to help you, and I’ll strive to do my best for your needs.
