"Hey! I’m Ryan, and I’ve spent the past few years helping students learn smarter, feel more confident, and actually enjoy the process. I’ve worked with students from elementary school to college, tutoring everything from chemistry and biology to test prep. I graduated from UCLA with a 4.0 GPA, earned a top 3% score on the DAT and I currently tutor general academics, DAT prep, and all K-12 students!

I began tutoring all the way back to when I was in high school. Over time, I’ve tutored one-on-one, in small groups, and with students who learn in different ways, including those with learning or developmental challenges. My goal is always to make complicated topics make sense and to give students the tools to study effectively on their own. I focus a lot on building trust and creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, it’s the best way to grow.

My approach is simple: stay patient, adapt to each person’s learning style, and make studying feel a little less stressful (and even fun when possible). I share tips on time management, study routines, and motivation because I know how overwhelming school can get.

Outside of tutoring, I’m into sports and fitness. I train for triathlons, play basketball, and watch too many Laker games. Staying active keeps me focused and gives me the same kind of mindset I try to inspire in my students: consistency, balance, and pushing yourself one step further each day.
