I am Dr. C. and I specialize in Elementary Education! I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a double minor in science and history. I am a licensed teacher, with the capability of teaching grades 1 through 8. Additionally, I have my Master's degree in School Administration with a valid principal license. Upon completion of my Master's Degree, I enrolled in my Doctoral Program. I graduated with an E.d.D. in Educational Leadership in December 2023.

During my tenure as an educator, I have been an elementary teacher and an assistant principal. First, I began my teaching career in a Dual Language School teaching 4th and 5th grades. During the summer, I always taught summer school and I have taught all elementary grade levels from 4-year-old-kindergarten through 5th grade. I have worked with students from various backgrounds and have helped my English Language Learners achieve English proficiency. I love teaching math, reading, and writing at the elementary and middle school levels! As an assistant principal, I worked in a middle school, serving students in grades 6 though 8. After that, I worked as an assistant principal in an elementary school serving Kindergarten through 5th grade.

My teaching style consists of using multimodal techniques and I love helping students visualize abstract concepts. I am a Google Certified Educator and I love using a combination of technology with traditional teaching methods.
