"I hold a double major in Biology and Kinesiology from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. I am also a medical graduate (MD degree). I am currently waiting for interviews for residency.

I love to teach anatomy and physiology, as they were (and still are!) my favorite subjects throughout my academic career.

I have tutored anatomy in medical school, and enjoyed it thoroughly. I also tutored students who were preparing for the medical boards exams. Tutoring is a 2-way street: I find that not only do the students learn, but I also learn as I teach. Questions that come up also serve to enhance the teaching process for both student and tutor, and it certainly makes me a better teacher by challenging me.

I am extremely patient, and will not move forward until you understand the previous lesson. Although anatomy can be a challenging subject that involves memorization, I emphasize UNDERSTANDING concepts instead, to help with memory. I am also great with mnemonics, and will be glad to come up with some or teach you the ones that helped me throughout my studies. I encourage you to ask questions. It's true what they say: "no question is a dumb question."

Science is my forte, and I enjoy teaching it immensely.
