"I have a bachelor's degree in early childhood and elementary education. I am certified in bilingual, early childhood, and elementary education in the state of Texas. I am also a certified dyslexia specialist. I have been teaching for 22 years. The first 10 years, I taught kindergarten, first, second, and third grades. For the past 12 years, I have worked as a reading and dyslexia specialist.

I have tutored during all 22 years of my teaching career and I have extensive experience working with elementary students who struggle with reading. I have tutored students in a small group setting as well as one-on-one."
