I am a DPI certified Chinese teacher, and native Chinese speaker living in Milwaukee. I am passionate about helping you achieve success in learning Chinese. Here below is my basic information:

Relevant experience

I have 2 years' teaching experience in public schools in Wisconsin, and over 100 hours' working experience as a private tutor. Students range from 1st graders to adults.

Teaching approach and style

I believe that the key to learn a second language are repetition and practice. Hence, I will provide you with enough language stimulus by repetitively talking to you in Chinese, and create opportunities for you to apply.

I also believe that having fun and achieving success can be attained at the same time. Hence, I will try to make learning process fun and interesting by tailoring teaching methods based on your personal needs.

Credentials

I have Master's degree in Education from Marquette University and Master's degree in Psychology from East China Normal University (a top 3 normal university in China). And I was certified by DPI as a Chinese teacher in 2015.
