"I'm Tafadzwa, also known as Taffy, and I have a strong passion for Accounting and helping students succeed in their accounting classes. I graduated with Summa Cumma Laude with a Bachelor's degree in majored in Accounting. I am currently working as an Audit Associate at Grant Thornton and working towards my Chartered Accountancy qualification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

I started tutoring as a tutor in 2020 at my university's Learning Center. I helped students with mainly Accounting. After I graduated, I started offering one-on-one online tutoring sessions to help students from my former university

My tutoring methods accommodate all students as people have different ways of understanding information. Most of the time, students need help with assignments and preparing for exams so my method is to always go through the specific chapter and do a few examples before attempting the assignments. Once I have explained concepts and gone through examples with students, I usually allow them to attempt their assignment or an example I provide them with as I watch. If they get stuck, I guide them to the right answer and explain the concept again to make sure they have grasped it.
