"I am Dr. Chandra P. I am an Emeritus Professor of Civil and Environmental and Environmental Engineering at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). I taught at CSUF for more than 40 years.

I taught various subjects in Engineering and Mathematics. I am supposed to be a great teacher as evidenced by my getting the prestigious campus-wide Outstanding Professor award at California State University, Fullerton in May 2007. It is the first time that an Engineering Professor got this award at CSUF in 44 years this award was instituted at CSUF.

40 years of teaching at California State University, Fullerton. I am a great teacher with a very strong mathematics background. I have also taught at Cal Poly Pomona for 5 years. In addition, Dr. Putcha has taught in summers at various universities in the USA, Canada, and other foreign countries as well.
