"Hi there! I’m a dedicated, patient and passionate educator with a strong background in elementary education. I currently teach in the Lubbock Independent School District and hold certifications in grades K-12, as well as Special Education, ESL, and Gifted & Talented. Over the past four years, I’ve worked with students in Pre-K through 5th grade in both general education and small group settings, supporting a wide range of learning disabilities and special needs.

Additionally, as an inclusion specialist and case manager, I’ve spent years crafting individualized education plans (IEPs) to ensure students receive the accommodations and modifications they need to thrive. I understand that every child learns differently, and my goal is to make learning accessible, engaging, and confidence-building.

My specialty is math, especially with the modern approaches that often differ from the way parents learned. I love helping students break down math concepts in ways that make sense to them, reducing frustration and building skills they can apply independently.
