"As a Career Coach, my target audience is any individual trying to reach their professional and financial potential, whether they are still in school, early career, mid career, or making a significant career change.

I offer practical advice and real-world guidance to help clients navigate through resumes, job searches, applications, phone screens, interviews and follow up communications all the way up to offer package negotiations, as well as scripting and prepping clients on ongoing career development and promotion conversations for continued success.

I currently volunteer as a Career Coach and Mentor at several non-profit organizations to assist clients with improving their communication and presentation skills and helping them put their best foot forward.

In addition, I provide fundamental and general HR consultation to individuals or small business that do not have an established in-house HR function, including the implementation of basic HR practices along with strong references to products/services or other vendors which can assist them as the company expands.

I have over 15 years of experience in Human Resources across a variety of industries while working in several cities in the US as well as Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
