Middle School, High School, and College Level Writing, Editing, and Reading Comprehension, including creative or essay writing

Maybe it seems strange, but I can do both writing and business analytics. I have a BA in Creative Writing and an MBA with emphasis on Business Analytics and Supply Chain Management.

I teach through a method of theory and execution. The theory is understanding and explaining the concepts, creating ideas, and perfecting a process. The execution is the repetition of doing the process in a real world setting. IMHO, both are crucial to being successful. To put another way, a chef can have the ingredients, but the chef still must know how to cook the ingredients in order to make a great meal! (I unfortunately do not teach cooking classes!)

My approach is also tailored to the individual learner. Some are visual learners, some learn by example, some prefer to read on their own and discuss, while some just need the confidence to believe in their own skills. I start by assessing current skill sets and identify learning styles as soon as possible. It's my job to figure out what you likely need and the make the necessary adjustments to help you learn.
