"I am a Middle School Teacher in the public school system, certified to teach Mathematics, Reading and Writing. Working as an educator for more that 25 years have been very rewarding. I have tutored for a number of years in the areas of Mathematics, Reading and Writing. I also work with students to improve their study skills in all the K - 8 subject areas including Science and Social Studies. Before teaching Math in the middle school, I taught Language Arts(Reading, Writing), and Math as an elementary Educator. I work with students using a variety of problem solving strategies. Incorporate technology in my instruction is standard. I have tutored students in the past including my very own children who have graduated from Ivy League universities. I was the recipient of "Governor's Teachers Recognition Award".
