My name is Nikki and I would like to introduce myself. I have been in the field of education for the past 12 years. My early experiences were as a lead teacher for the Head Start program in LaSalle county. I then transitioned into the public sector as an classroom aide and reading aide for K-4 students. I worked with children who were receiving services in the R.t.I. framework for Tier 2 and 3. I would work with these students individually and prep work for our meetings in the different skill content areas. I have also worked with small groups of children in independent groups while re-teaching the lesson and setting up more isolated testing sessions.
