"I'm John! I am currently a first year student at Texas Christian University. I'm a double major in English (BA) and International Economics (BS). In high school, I graduated from Liberty North High School near Kansas City with Summa Cum Laude honors, and was named Salutatorian in a class of 607 with a 4.188 GPA. Throughout high school I participated in the peer tutoring program (The A+ Program), and completed over 60 tutoring hours. As an English major at TCU, I have developed a solid understanding of writing mechanics, and have continued to refine my ability to guide others through group coursework, and class workshops. My experience has prepared me to help students navigate the writing process, and develop their writing ability.

Last year, I completed a year-long internship as a teaching assistant at a local elementary school, gaining valuable insights into the full spectrum of the educational process. This experience enhanced my ability to engage with students across a wide range of skill levels. Whether it's supporting 3rd-grade reading comprehension or guiding advanced analysis in AP Literature, I am equipped to assist students at every stage in their writing journey.
