I have several years of experience working in elementary school settings, including both classroom and intervention-based roles. My work has focused heavily on early literacy development, phonics instruction, and foundational math skills. I have experience supporting students through structured phonics programs, classroom curriculum such as Savvas, and online intervention tools such as i-Ready. These experiences have allowed me to develop a strong understanding of how to identify learning gaps and provide targeted instruction that supports measurable growth and increased student confidence.

I currently work in a Response to Intervention setting where I support Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 students through both small-group and individualized instruction. In this role, I regularly work with students in kindergarten through fifth grade, providing academic support in reading, phonics, fluency, comprehension, math foundations, and problem-solving skills.
