My name is Victor. I am a current 4th Grade Spanish Bilingual School Teacher. I have been teaching for approximately 11 years. I earned my first bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Computerized Systems at the Inter-American University in San German, Puerto Rico. While in the US Army, I participated in an exchange student program between the U.S. and Spain with their year-long Military Command and General Staff College equivalence in Madrid, Spain earning my master’s degree in Military Science. I completed my Teaching Certifications in Pre K – 8th grade General Education, English as a Second Language and Spanish Bilingual at UWGB and UWOSH.
