"Hi, I'm Delian! I am a fourth grade teacher, and have experience teaching from Kindergarten through seventh grade. I recently graduated with my masters in education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and have pursued experiences in educational settings for the past ten years.

I am specifically trained in literacy intervention and support for elementary students (though math is my favorite to teach!), and am able to target areas of need and potential growth for all elementary kids. My process is heavily data informed -- as a tutor, I incorporate regular assessment of progress in order to ensure your student is making the growth they need to be, and to always be aware of developing areas for growth.

I've been teaching in Massachusetts since being in undergrad at Mount Holyoke College, so I am extremely familiar with Massachusetts state standards and practices. Through this, and my experiences in over five different districts in Mass, I am able to help your student with content specifically related to what they're seeing in school.
