"Hello! My name is Charity and I am a licensed K-6 teacher for the states of Indiana and Maine.

To start, I've been an elementary teacher for the past eight years with an additional year of substituting in different schools. Throughout this time, I have tutored privately for my community and for my district. I also spent a year or so tutoring at Sylvan Learning Centers. I have experience working with small groups of students in RTI and Title 1 programs as well as providing lessons online. As a current educator, I am looking for new opportunities to help students beyond the classroom!

I love dogs, Mexican food, and nature. I encourage the arts in learning and advocate for health awareness. I promote curiosity and challenge my students to set goals. I love teaching and being a positive support for others. I look forward to the opportunity of working with you!
