"I am a former university professor at the University of British Columbia, where I taught in both the English Department and the Creative Writing program. I hold a PhD and am the author of two award-winning books of poetry. Over the past decade, I have worked extensively with college students and adult learners, helping them develop strong writing skills, craft compelling essays, and achieve their academic and professional goals.

My tutoring approach is highly personalized and empathetic: I listen carefully to each student’s needs and tailor my guidance to their unique strengths, goals, and challenges. I have helped students gain admission to top-tier undergraduate and graduate programs, win national scholarships and fellowships, and even publish books.
