I hold a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and multiple professional certifications in personal training and adaptive fitness, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to effectively coach individuals of all ages and abilities.

Over the past several years at Judson Robinson Community Center, I’ve had the privilege of working one-on-one and in group settings with students ranging from young children to older adults, including tailored sessions for students with special needs.
