"Graduate from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Molecular Genetics and a M.S in Clinical Pharmacology. Previous teaching/tutoring experience comes from providing tutoring for peers during undergraduate studies to earn extra income while completing my degree. Most of the students I tutored were 18-22 years of age and it was usually one on one sessions at local libraries and study halls at the university.

Currently I am working as a Scientist at a Biotech company focused on treating rare diseases. Within this position I have taught and trained many colleagues on a variety of lab techniques, different assays, and analytical methods to data interpretation. With this I have had to adapt my style of teaching as many of me colleagues and peers are of different nationalities, ethnicities and socioeconomic backgrounds. With this I have learned how to identify how a person learns from an individual perspective and adapt and change how I approach my teaching to be the most effective for each person.
