"I enjoy encouraging students and inspiring a love for learning! My academic and professional experience allows me to tutor across many liberal arts subjects. I have a B.S. in Studio Arts from Biola University where I also graduated from the Torrey Honors Institute - a Great Books program (2012). Following this, I completed a master's degree in Humanities with a concentration in literature at the University of Dallas (2018). I currently teach fine arts and social studies courses for an online school. Competitive speech and debate throughout high school and college, as well as five years of experience as a coach, prepares me to tutor others in various forms of public speaking. Whether a student wants to improve critical thinking, communication, writing, reading comprehension skills, or something with more of an arts focus, I am glad to assist and have over a decade of experience in tutoring, classroom teaching, and coaching for a variety of subjects and age-groups.
