"I have been a teacher/tutor for over twenty years, primarily as a math teacher to middle and high school students, but I have also taught English, Drama, Physical Education, and Bible! My varied experience and my previous life as an English Major and Theatre Minor as an undergrad has given me the ability to communicate concepts in different ways than what other math teachers may do. I have had a long string of success as a tutor, helping struggling students and those students who just want an extra push.

I thoroughly enjoy working one on one with students and tailoring lessons, activities, and approaches to fit the needs of that one individual. I also enjoy getting to know the student and his or her interests outside of academics.

I am open and energetic, caring and compassionate, well-trained and perceptive. I will find the processes and methods that work for you to achieve the proper expected standards.
