"Hi! I’m Ms. Kiera, and I’ve been teaching for several years. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and a Master’s in the Art of Teaching. I specialize in working with elementary students from Pre-K through 5th grade, and I believe that learning should be both meaningful and fun!

In my classroom and tutoring sessions, I use a student-centered approach and believe strongly in the “I do, we do, you do” method. This gradual release model helps students build confidence and independence as learners while still receiving the support they need. I aim to make my sessions engaging, encouraging critical thinking and curiosity every step of the way.

I have four years of tutoring experience, leading small groups of 4–6 students in subjects including math, reading, writing, science, and social studies. My students have included those needing extra support as well as those looking for enrichment and challenge. I specialize in K-5 math ( from learning to count to multiplication and division)
