"I'm a licensed teacher with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education and more than ten years of teaching experience. I’ve taught in a variety of settings, from public schools in the United States to international classrooms, which has made me flexible and creative in how I approach different learning styles. Over the years, I’ve worked with students in elementary and middle school, and I love finding ways to make lessons click for each individual child.

Most of my experience is with grades 3–8, especially in math and English Language Arts. I’ve taught whole classes, small groups, and one-on-one, so I know how to adjust depending on what a student needs. My style is patient, encouraging, and hands-on—I believe kids learn best when they feel supported and when the subject is broken down into clear, manageable steps. I use strategies like visual models in math and the four-square method for writing to give students practical tools they can use long after our sessions.

Above all, I want my students to feel confident. I’ve seen firsthand how quickly progress follows once a child believes they can succeed.
