"Hello! My name is Zahra, and I bring both passion and purpose to everything I do. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Master of Science in Nursing, graduating with honors from both Dominican University of California and the University of San Francisco. I’m also a proud member of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing, and Psi Chi, the International Honor Society of Psychology.

In addition to my academic achievements, I’m the author of The ABCs of NCLEX-RN and Exit HESI Test Success, a book designed to help nursing students navigate some of their most important exams with confidence and clarity.

With over seven years of experience in both nursing and English education, I’ve had the privilege of guiding students through some of their most challenging—and rewarding—academic journeys. I currently tutor college students and find deep fulfillment in equipping them with the tools they need to thrive, not just in the classroom but in life.

My strengths in the English language include pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar, and I bring this expertise into my sessions in a way that’s approachable and engaging. I’ve also completed two graduate-level Pharmacology courses as part of my MSN and have hands-on experience with Medical Calculations through coursework, the Exit HESI, and the NCLEX.

Outside of academics, I enjoy hiking, traveling, and capturing life through photography. I believe that learning should be meaningful, personal, and inspiring—and I strive to create that kind of environment for every student I work with.
