"I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Penn State University and am a Certified Community Health Worker through PA AHEC, giving me a strong foundation in how people learn, process information, and develop skills.

I have over three years of experience teaching and supporting learners of all ages:

•Adults (2 years): Worked one-on-one with adults with severe mental illnesses, including psychosis, borderline personality disorder, autism, intellectual disabilities, ADHD/ADD, and antisocial personality disorder. I focused on practical skill-building, communication, behavioral support, and personalized learning strategies.

•Children & Adolescents K–12 (1 year): Taught students with ADHD/ADD, developmental delays, autism, and emotional or behavioral challenges. Lessons were individualized, structured, and designed to maintain engagement while fostering confidence and academic growth.

My teaching approach is student-centered and supportive, emphasizing understanding over memorization, interactive learning, and real-world application. I specialize in English, study skills, academic coaching, and social/communication skills, particularly for students who have struggled in traditional classrooms or need strategies tailored to their unique learning needs.
