My name is Brittany.

I graduated from Francis Marion University in December 2022 with a Bachelor's Degree in English. During my time as an undergraduate, I served as a teaching assistant under the supervision of the FMU English Department. I tutored freshmen in the English 101E/English 101L remotely, providing feedback on grammar, syntax, and punctuation. My professors at the time advised me to provide students both "holistic" feedback as well as specific feedback, and I intend to bring that into my tutoring sessions.

As of August 2023, I have been working in K-12 schools as a substitute teacher. I have worked in numerous settings: math classes, English classes, fine arts classes.
