"I've obtained certification as a TEFL/TESOL 150 Masters Course instructor and have almost completed a Doctorate - ABD (all but dissertation). Have completed my Master's degree and Bachelor's degree from the Boston Conservatory of Music and the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Since last summer 2023, several students via Wyzant have had successful weekly hourly lessons in diction, reading, and writing both online and in-person.

For my Masters degree, I specifically worked with a foreign language diction expert at the Boston Conservatory of Music, so excellent pronunciation is one of my interests. I enjoy working with Intermediate and Advanced students on their Conversational English skills both in General English and Business English and have worked with B1, B2, and C1 level students with lists of conversational topics.

Every student has individual abilities, needs and goals and these will be addressed according to each individual. Speaking, reading and writing English with confidence is a wonderful goal.

Currently, I'm living in Fort Collins, Colorado however I've lived and worked in New York City and Hamburg, Germany ten years each. In Hamburg, I worked with corporate business clients and as an American living on the European continent, I know first hand what it's like to learn a foreign language. In this case, it was German!
