"Acacia (fae/they/xe/he) is a researcher, author, and educator passionate about storytelling and clear communication. His work in film and theater has been published in peer-reviewed journals, translated for international audiences, and featured in award-winning films screened in 50+ film festivals worldwide. Acacia has lectured at institutions including the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema, Marymount Manhattan College, and Vassar College. He has served as a judge at the Arlington International Film Festival.

Acacia holds a BA in International Studies from Vassar College with a focus on History and Women & Queer Studies, alongside a Film minor. Acacia also completed the SIT International Honors Program, studying Human Rights in Nepal, Jordan, and Chile.

Acacia's top subjects are writing (essay and creative), proofreading, history, performing arts (film, theater, dance), and applications (personal statements, resumes, cover letters).
